Our one-of-a-kind yoga and meditation rugs are made with over 10 different types of naturally tanned sheepskin woven together by Renewed Traditions*. They measure between 65” and 68” in length and is over 30” wide. The rugs give off the gentle smell of lanolin, wool, and bark tannin. The sheepskin woven into this rug are naturally both hypoallergenic and antibacterial.

*Renewed Traditions (Roberta Barham, a Driftless Region weaver) continues generations of Swedish craftsmanship, using her grandfather’s rug loom. She uses 8/4 ply 100% cotton warp with a 24”-27” width. The Tannery’s yoga rugs are made with the trimmings from naturally tanned sheepskin, thus reducing landfill waste and producing a beautiful, functional, comfortable mat for energizing our bodies!

The final price for our yoga/mediation rugs is $235. When you put a deposit down of $50 on one of our rugs, you will be next in line for purchase of a finished rug. We will contact you when your yoga rug is ready and send a Quickbook invoice for the balance of $185 plus shipping if applicable. All rugs will be made to order until we have filled all the initial inquiries about this exciting new product.
