Pink has announced more adjustments to her current Summer Carnival 2023 Tour

On Thursday, the “Just Give Me a Reason” singer, 44, explained to her fans via social media that a respiratory infection has caused her to put her act on pause and prioritize her health.

“Vancouver shows postponed. Sending everyone lots of love and my sincere apologies xoxo,” she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

In an attached photo, Pink explained that under doctor’s orders she would be “unable to perform at the Vancouver shows on Friday and Saturday.”

She confirmed, “Live Nation is working on new dates to reschedule the shows” and she is “looking forward to” being able to hit the stage again.

The news comes just days after the Grammy winner revealed concert dates in Washington would be rescheduled due to "family medical issues" requiring "immediate attention."

“Tacoma shows postponed,” the “What About Us” songstress wrote in an Instagram statement on Monday.

"I am so sorry to inform the Tacoma ticket holders that the two shows October 17 and October 18 (tomorrow and Wednesday), will be postponed. Live Nation are working on future dates to reschedule," she continued.

Since the tour’s June kick-off, other dates have also been rescheduled.

In late September, Pink updated fans in Texas about more unforeseen circumstances.

“Hi everyone. I’m very sorry to report that I have come down with a bad sinus infection, and the doctor advised me not to perform tonight,” she said on Instagram. “I am so disappointed. You know I do everything in my power to never miss a show.”

Despite a few necessary cancellations, Pink’s tour has seen many memorable moments.

While playing at BST Hyde Park in London in June, the superstar received a large wheel of brie cheese from a fan.

"Thank you," she said while accepting the wheel of Brie de Meaux cheese, as seen in a fan's TikTok video. "I love you."

Also this summer, back in the States, the “Just Like Fire” artist made history in the Midwest.

“I was just told that I am the very first female to ever headline a stadium in Wisconsin, and that we broke the attendance record. Sometimes I don’t know why they are looking at me when they tell me these things. I feel like saying… ‘me?? Are you sure??’” Pink said on Instagram in August.

She was also joined on stage by her daughter Willow, 12, whom she shares with husband Carey Hart, in June.

Pink's North American leg ends in November with a stop in Arlington, Texas.
