Happy birthday, Wisin! The Puerto Rican artist officially kicked off his 41st year on Thursday (Dec. 19) celebrating with his compatriot and good friend Ozuna.
“On many occasions, the small actions are the ones that leave a mark in your life and even more when it comes from big friends. Thank you, Ozuna, for once again showing me the respect and love you feel for me. It’s mutual. It was a pleasure seeing you and making good music,” Wisin expressed on a video that shows Ozuna and friends surprising him with a cake.
And he has plenty to celebrate: As part of the reggaeton duo Wisin & Yandel, Wisin has landed 10 No. 1s on the Hot Latin Songs chart. Their collaboration with Chris Brown and T-Pain, “Algo me gusta de ti,” is their longest-charting title overall and longest-charting title at No. 1, reigning the list for 14 weeks. As a solo act, Wisin scored his first No. 1 on Hot Latin Songs in May 2016 with his single “Duele el Corazon.”
