The Honest Company founder, 42, who enjoyed a recent girls' day with her daughters, took part in a dinner with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, 70, at the Matsuhisa restaurant.
The actress stepped out in an Annie Hall inspired outfit, consisting of an oversized gray jacket, high waisted charcoal pants and a black crewneck sweater.
The LA's Finest star wore thick soled black shoes and carried a black bag with a gold chain.
She accessorized with a series of layered gold necklaces and large hoop earrings.

The movie was shot in Atlanta and will be released September 27.
