Crooner Marco Antonio Solis to bring his 'Y La Historia Continua' tour to El Paso

Marco Antonio Solis, the former lead singer of Los Bukis, has earned many accolades over four decades of music including five Latin Grammy Awards and two Lo Nuestro Awards, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Latin singer-songwriter Marco Antonio Solis will bring his "Y La Historia Continúa" to El Paso next year.

The Latin Grammy Award winner, who is promoting a new album, will perform at 8 p.m. April 13, 2019, at the Don Haskins Center, UTEP officials tweeted.

His latest album is titled, "Más De Mis Recuerdos ("More of my Memories") and was released under his new record company, Marbella Music. The album includes new versions of hits he's had as a soloist and with his former group, Los Bukis.

General admission tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, at all Ticketmaster locations, Ticketmaster.com and charge by phone at 800-745-3000, or at the UTEP Ticket Box Office.
