Reggaeton duo Wisin y Yandel to perform at El Paso County Coliseum in May

Wisin & Yandel will be at the El Paso County Coliseum in May.

Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin y Yandel have added El Paso to the Como Antes Tour 2019.

The multiplatinum Grammy Award-winning pair will be at the El Paso County Coliseum May 18.

Wisin, born Juan Luis Morera Luna, and Yandel, born Llandel Veguilla Malavé, are both from Cayey, Puerto Rico. They teamed up 14 years ago and have since earned several multiplatinum certifications in the United States and Latin America, according to a news release.

Their latest release, “Los Campeones del Pueblo/The Big Leagues,” marks their 10th studio album and the first one since “Lideres” in 2012, which featured a collaboration with Jennifer Lopez, "Follow the Leader."

The pair have earned a Grammy Award and two Latin Grammy Awards and have been at the top of the Billboard Latin charts. The pair also sold out the Staples Center, Madison Square Garden and, most recently, the Coliseo de Puerto Rico with eight sold-out shows, setting a record for the most consecutive shows held at the venue.

Tickets, which start at $46, plus fees, will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the El Paso County Coliseum Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 800-745-3000 and online at ticketmaster.com.

Special presales also will take place through Thursday.
