Pixie Lott is currently pregnant with her first child and has been busy performing lately, as well as returning to her role as a judge on the Voice Kids.

Amid her busy schedule, the pop star has found time to write a song about her pregnancy.

Sharing a snippet of the new track with her followers, Pixie accompanied the song with a sweet video montage. In the video, the singer-songwriter and her husband, Oliver Cheshire, can be seen enjoying a series of special moments that she has captured throughout her pregnancy.

The 32-year-old said: “I wrote this song a couple of weeks ago with my friend Toby, and I wanted to show you because it makes the most sense now lyrically before the bubba comes.

“It’s all about expecting and preparing. I’ve been singing at a couple of festivals recently, and I finished off writing it in my dressing room.”

The singer hasn’t yet revealed whether the song will be released as a single, but it’s certainly a beautiful tribute to her soon-to-be-born baby.
