Kate Moss has reportedly "quietly" reached a formal separation agreement with former husband Jamie Hince.
The model and The Kills guitarist married in 2011 but split last year after four years of marriage.
A source told The Mirror: "They reached an agreement some time ago, and neither of them wanted to make a spectacle of this.
"Instead, they agreed things between themselves and have quietly made the split formal without going through any sort of high profile legal battle."
It has been reported Kate - who has 14-year-old daughter Lila with her former partner Jefferson Hack - has been granted the majority of their wealth, and Jamie is believed to have acquired possessions the former couple acquired during their four-year marriage, including paintings and other artworks.
Since the split, Kate has moved on and reportedly found love with Count Nikolai von Bismarck (above). There are rumours the pair are engaged to be married.
