Kate Moss and Jamie Hince reportedly went their separate ways three months ago, but Jamie kept his wedding ring on.

The Kills guitarist has now been spotted without the band for the first time while out and about in New York, after allegedly moving out of the couple's marital home.

Model Kate has also been pictured without her wedding ring as she appears to be moving on from the split after growing close to 28-year-old society photographer Count Nikolai von Bismarck.

Her new love interest has been spotted leaving her North London home and has reportedly been "virtually living" at her house.

Photographs printed in The Sun newspaper also show the pair out and about in the capital after returning from a secret week-long romantic break in Mustique.

The split appears to have been less than amicable for Kate, 41, and Jamie, 46, with separating their possessions causing the pair to bicker.

The couple are reportedly fighting over a skeleton sculpture.

Kate owned the artwork before she married Jamie, but the Daily Star claims he grew to love it throughout their relationship.

The newspaper reports he gave it an MOT when it got damaged, and now wants custody of it.

A source told the publication: "Kate and Jamie have been sorting out what they want from the house.

"Jamie has moved out a lot of his possessions. But he really loves the skeleton."

The sculpture stands in Kate's north London home, and back in 2008 she famously scared visitors by showing off her life-size skeleton collection.
