Victoria Beckham Accused of 'Exploiting' David in New Video

Victoria Beckham is being accused of "exploiting" husband David, after sharing a video of the former soccer star working out on social media.

Filmed in what appears to be the couple's home gym, the Instagram clip shows David Beckham performing a "push-back push-up"—with significant camera time spent on the 48-year-old's rear.

"Morning work out with this Love Machine," the fashion designer captioned the clip, with the footage dividing social media users.

The couple is riding high after the success of Beckham. Released on Netflix in October, the four-part documentary series showcases the former Manchester United player's career—from his childhood in London to international super stardom.

Beckham was Netflix's most-viewed show in the UK for 2023, with the first episode netting 3.8 million viewers in just one week.

The series also charts the highs and lows of the Beckhams' relationship. The couple met at a soccer match in 1997, with their first child Brooklyn Beckham born in 1999. The pair wed that same year in an extravagant ceremony at Dublin Castle, Ireland, with Victoria Beckham donning a Vera Wang gown with a 20-foot train and a tiara.

In 2002, the Beckhams welcomed their second child, Romeo, now 21, followed by Cruz, 18, and Harper, 12. However, the marriage wasn't always plain sailing, with the midfielder's 2003 move to Real Madrid in Spain putting strain on the couple.

Moves to L.A. Galaxy in 2007 and A.C Milan in 2009 caused similar difficulties for the Beckhams. In 2018, divorce rumors began to circle, which the couple slammed as "fake social media news."

In 2023, the Beckham's marriage appears to be stronger than ever, with Victoria getting a new tattoo in September to honor her husband.
