I believe in working alongside my clients to form a therapeutic alliance and reduce distressing symptoms. My approach is person-centered as I tailor interventions based on individual needs.
I enjoy working with young adults, women, immigrants, and veterans. In the past, I have provided services at the Los Angeles Unified School District, VA Medical Center, a foster youth group home, and in community mental health.
