She completed her training in the Bay Area of California, and obtained her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill California. Dr. Ramirez relocated to El Paso to complete her doctoral training, and developed a deep appreciation for the rich culture and values of the El Paso community.
Dr. Ramirez is a bilingual and bicultural clinical psychologist with a passion for providing culturally responsive mental health care to individuals throughout the lifespan. She has experience working with all ages ranging from childhood through older adulthood, providing individual, couples, and family therapy.
