After the initial dose of nostalgia, Fuller House has little to offer to anyone except the original series' most diehard fans.

Ned Ehrbar TheWrap Netflix revival series is an irritating mix of sappy and meta. Jul 2, 2018 Full Review Michael Idato Sydney Morning Herald It's selling nostalgia hard, but nostalgia for what? Simply because something had popularity for a time does not guarantee it a place in the history books. Sep 26, 2016 Full Review Emily St. James Vox As Thomas Wolfe said, you can't go home again. As Kimmy Gibbler might say, you can't go home again, because if you do, you might become trapped, haunted by hollow laughter from unseen phantoms ringing in your ears. Rated: 2/5 Feb 29, 2016 Full Review Nabila Hatimy The Star (Kenya) The show pretty much falls in place next to its predecessor in terms of storyline, humour and performance. Rated: 4/5 Jul 17, 2020 Full Review Khal Davenport Complex If you loved Full House, warts and all, you'll get a kick out of the nostalgic feel, and how they decided to pick up the story almost 30 years later as opposed to truly rebooting. Apr 23, 2019 Full Review Sameen Amer The News International (Pakistan) Fuller House borrows many elements from the show it's rebooting, but it's just cornier, more forced, and lacking in charm. Renuka K Some of the cultural portrayals were extremely inappropriate and frankly disgusting. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/29/24 Full Review malenita s se agradece la nostalgia de usar a los mismos actores, pero si eso es lo único que aporta (por un tiempo) es lógico que el programa sea de lo mas insulso y malo Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/08/24 Full Review Jenny Such a cute show. It's hard to beat the OG show, Full house, but I thought they did a great job. I also think it's a great thing that they made it nostalgic. This is about THEIR family, plus new partners ( Fernando) and the kids. I love that Steve and DJ were end game. They were separated in Full house, which made sense. They were both too young to have a super serious relationship. They went on to having other relationships and ended up together. They were always soulmates. It's a great show thought they did a great job. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/05/23 Full Review James F I cannot understand the critics panning this show. This is an example, for me anyway, of a reboot that is actually better and MORE watchable than the original! The entire cast of Full House, minus Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, come back with a more realistic take on life. The original show Full House was one of those sickeningly sweet shows which even for its time didn't seem to be current. FULLER House on the other hand seems to be more in step with the time period in which it is set. The humor is less corny and more funny ... if that makes sense. This was a show that I HAPPILY binged and was sad when I got to the end. If you enjoyed Full House I cannot imagine you NOT liking this reboot! You get to see how everyone has evolved and moved on with their lives. This show only needed a handful of episodes to hit a nice stride so take some time, watch maybe 3 or 4 episode and decide for yourself if this is a keeper or not! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/11/23 Full Review Kay I've watched the entire series several times. Such a feel good nostalgic show. Probably wouldn't enjoy it nearly as much if I hadn't grown up in full house Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Luke R It passes the time and is occasionally funny. Probably only want to watch if you REALLY liked Full House, and want to see what happens after. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 11/04/22 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
