'Alf' star Michu Meszaros dies

Michu Meszaros, who starred on "Alf," passed away at the age of 76. Meszaros' manager Dennis Varga confirmed the actor's death to TMZ.

Meszaros was found unresponsive at his Los Angeles home over a week ago and rushed to the hospital, where he remained in a coma until his death. Meszaros had been plagued by health issues since suffering a stroke eight years ago.

The actor, who was 33 inches tall, began his career as a circus performer before landing the role of Alf, the beloved "Alien Life Form" in the famous NBC sitcom.
