Fans have known Stallone as boxer Rocky Balboa in the " Rocky " franchise films since 1976 and Vietnam vet John Rambo in " Rambo " since 1982. Stallone is taking on his first major TV role with Paramount+ series " Tulsa King " as New York Mafia boss Dwight “ The General ” Manfredi .
