Case in point: The 44-year-old actress posed in a pink bra top and high-waisted shorts that showed off her ultra-toned abs and legs in a new Instagram photo. Kate's oh-so pink drink even matched the set. Truly, what's better than a coordinated Barbiecore moment, down to the beverage?

INBLOOM is Kate’s nutritional supplement company, and this drink is said to improve skin elasticity and hydration, while strengthening the hair and nails, per the website. No wonder she's glowing while looking so strong!

Obviously, famous friends and fans alike loved Kate’s natural look and let her know in the comments. Paris Hilton left a heart eyes emoji on the post, while others filled the comments section with pink hearts.

Kate also likes Pilates, a low-impact workout that helps tone the whole body. In fact, she's talked about how Pilates helps her feel like she’s challenging herself.

“I like to be able to set new goals to see what I can accomplish, and I love how flexible and strong I feel after a good workout, especially doing Pilates, which never gets easier," Kate told People.

She has also talked about how her family (and mother, Goldie Hawn) has positively influenced her mindset around workouts. She wrote about it in an Instagram post with photos of her daughter back in 2021:
