When worn by a creature with a tail, specifically designed for a Lamia, it effectively allows them to use their tail like a deadly flail. These Weapons allow a creature to swipe or smash enemies with their tail and impale their flesh with those deadly spikes. This weapon is treated as a martial weapon for Lamia.

Lamia Tail Vice:   Cost: 50 gold   Type: Exotic Light Melee Weapon   Cost: 50gp   Weight: 5lb   Type: B   Description: This item is a long, metallic tail sheath constructed of intricate, interlocking thick metal plates designed for a creature's tail, bedecked in gold, jewels, and lustrous and rare metal inlays and decorations for the most expensive of tastes and aesthetics. When worn by a creature with a tail that has the 'Constrict' universal monster ability, it boosts that creature's constrict damage by one damage die. Owing to the thick, interlocking plates of durable metal, this item assists the creature in the crushing, bludgeoning, and otherwise clamping down on any unfortunate enough to be caught in the creature's grip. It does not assist with grappling or smashing enemies with a tail attack, as it is a unique tail sheath designed specifically for any tailed creature, specifically Lamia, to better crush the life from their foes, relying instead upon their thick, powerful muscles to hold their prey in place.   This item can, like any other metallic manufactured item, be constructed out of special materials to enable constriction damage to bypass damage resistance based upon materials. This item is a martial weapon for Lamia.
